I'm spliiting the FAQ into separate files based on generation.  A
one-file FAQ has the potential to get very large, and some individuals
may not be interested in wading through a big file just to get to the
info they're looking for.

The FAQ(s) still need a lot of work.  I'm hoping somebody will volunteer
to adopt a FAQ for a particular generation.  I'm only going to work on
the 3rd-gen FAQ from here on out.  Naturally, I'll graciously accept
contributions.

I'll post the FAQ(s) I have so far for your approval.  Send me back your
comments, criticisms and suggestions.
